Your Willowee products will be manufactured upon purchase, therefore please allow -10 business (Monday-Friday) days, plus shipping time for your item(s) to be handmade. If you need it any sooner, email us and we will see what we can do! Wholesale orders require 2-3 weeks, depending on order size.
Shipping costs are approximated and include the actual cost of shipping, plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. If you would like to place a large order, we are happy to work with you to adjust the shipping price, but you must contact us first to arrange this.
INSURANCE: First and foremost, we want all customers to know they are welcome to purchase insurance. However, we will need to be contacted prior to shipment that you want this option. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products when insurance has not been purchased! Just because a parcel might have tracking, the USPS will not guarantee delivery or be responsible if it doesn't show up, which is why insurance is a good idea. If, however, a package becomes lost or stalled with the USPS, we will do our best effort to help you.
DOMESTIC: We will ship your items via USPS First Class (approximately 3-5 days) from our location in Idaho. If you need Priority shipping, let us know and we will send you a revised invoice with the shipping difference. All parcels over 13 oz will ship Priority 2-3 day mail.
All orders will receive a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL: For our international customers, we also ship with USPS First Class mail when parcels weigh less than 4 lbs. We will fill out the required custom form. Unfortunately, we CANNOT TRACK your package with First Class shipping. We will do everything in our part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but we are not responsible for lost packages when they are shipped internationally. If your parcel weighs more than 4 lbs., we are required to ship it Priority and it will come with a tracking number. If your order is under 4 lbs. and you would like tracking, please contact us for Priority shipping rates.
We declare the exact value of the item purchased (not shipping charges, of course) on the custom's label. We will not mark it as a gift and we will not mark it as a lesser value. This is mail fraud and punishable by federal law. Each customer is responsible for their country's duty/shipping/customs/handling fees.
You can request USPS Priority International shipping with tracking and we will send you a revised invoice for the difference or give you a quote.
