If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of delivery, a refund will be issued upon our receipt of your returned item(s). You have 30 days after delivery to exchange your item(s) for credit, upon receipt of your returned item(s). Products must be in original packaging with tags still attached. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) to Willowee.
If a problem arises due to a quality issue, you will have 60 days from time of purchase to return/exchange the item(s). We reserve the right to inspect the item before a refund or exchange is granted. If it is obvious that care instructions were not followed, a refund or exchange will not be provided.
Please note, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Willowee.
