Day ONE, yes ONE, of Summer Vacation 2016 is over and I think 1/3 of my refrigerator contents are gone, baby gone. What the heck just happened?! I have decided I need a game plan...better snacks loaded with some sort of protein or fiber that are quick and easy and don't require a refill after 30 minutes. The art of distraction has been mastered by the people of our generation. We're constantly barraged by social media, our fast paced lives, and 1,000 opinions by graduates of Google University.
